By accessing and using the services provided by Home of Tax, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Home of Tax provides professional tax consulting services including but not limited to:

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• • Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
• • Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

Professional Standards

As a TAAN accredited firm, Home of Tax adheres to the highest professional standards in tax consulting. Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional guidelines, UAE tax laws, and international best practices.

Limitation of Liability

Home of Tax's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose any confidential information without the client's written consent, except as required by law or professional standards.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
